LIPI International Journal of Vocational Education (LIPI-IJVE) publishes scientific articles related to work and career development, counseling, guidance, and education.

Peer Review Process: All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a "blind review" by independent reviewers. Publication decisions are based on the reviewers' recommendations. In some cases, the editor may seek input from a third reviewer before reaching a decision.

Open Access Policy: The journal follows an open-access model, meaning all articles are freely available to the public upon publication, supporting the global dissemination of knowledge.

Publication Ethics: LIPI International Journal of Vocational Education (LIPI-IJVE)  adheres to strict ethical guidelines, as outlined in COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines. The journal’s ethical standards apply to all parties involved in the publication process, including authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher.

Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication: The publication of articles in the journal is a critical element in building a credible academic network. Peer-reviewed articles uphold scientific integrity, making it essential to establish ethical standards for all stakeholders, including authors, editors, and reviewers. The journal’s publisher is responsible for ensuring these standards are upheld throughout the publishing process.

Publication Decisions: Editors are tasked with determining which manuscripts will be published, based on the manuscript’s relevance to readers and researchers. The editors follow the journal’s policies and ensure compliance with legal guidelines regarding defamation, copyright infringement, and plagiarism.

Plagiarism Screening: Authors must ensure their manuscripts are free from plagiarism and academic misconduct. The journal uses Turnitin to screen all submitted manuscripts for plagiarism.

Fair Play: Manuscripts are evaluated based solely on their intellectual content, without bias regarding the authors' race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or political beliefs.

Confidentiality: Editors and staff are required to keep all information regarding submitted manuscripts confidential.

Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest: Editors must not use unpublished material disclosed in a manuscript for their own research without the author's explicit consent.

Duties of Reviewers: Reviewers play a vital role in the editorial decision-making process. They are responsible for reviewing manuscripts objectively and providing clear, constructive feedback. Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and disclose any conflicts of interest.

Duties of Authors: Authors are responsible for presenting accurate, original research and citing relevant sources. They must avoid submitting the same work to multiple journals and should ensure all co-authors have made significant contributions to the research. Authors are also required to disclose any conflicts of interest and notify the journal promptly if significant errors are found in their published work.
